Product manager (Fintech, Crypto) (offline) $2500-5000

🤝 Responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term product vision and prioritize design and development requirements;
- Define a development plan and execute on goals;
- Work with data: prepare and track product metrics, interpret data, look for answers;
- Work with the team to build the most efficient development process possible.
- Identify necessary resources for MVP deliberation and product development;
- Interact with the development team: formulate and agree requirements, set tasks, participate in testing.

⚠️ Required Skills:
- Experience working with product metrics to optimize products in production
- Experience successfully delivering web3 products
- Understanding of blockchain principles and the cryptocurrency market;
- Experience managing/interacting with the development team;
- Applied understanding of MVP concept;
- Understanding of the IT product development cycle;
- Ability to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals;
- English at B2 level or above (all communication in English).
