As a Senior International Recruiter (non-tech) you will partner with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritize and deliver the agreed results. The role requires personal leadership and will provide a development path to the larger scope and managerial career development, if interested. The position is open to those who have previous background in Sourcing, Recruiting, and Managerial experience working with tech or non tech positions in highly dynamic organizations.

We Expect You To:
- 2-3+ years of experience in recruitment with 1 year of international recruitment in Startups/Fast-Growing companies;
- Good sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources like databases, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, Linkedin search, online forums, Blogs, etc.;
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition process and creative approach when considering needed tactics to achieve the results;
- Have exceptional stakeholders management skills;
- Highly organized and data-oriented;
- Influential verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Result-oriented and sensitive to business needs;
- Empathetic, focused on people; eager to go the extra mile to deliver results and ensure need are met;
- ​​Ability to manage daily tasks within ATS, candidate tracking, etc.;

- Partnering with hiring managers to define the most effective hiring strategies;
- Lead the execution of creative sourcing strategies to achieve monthly, and quarterly goals;
- Encourage world-class, diverse talent pipeline from all around the world;
- Ensure amazing candidates experience through attentive process management and empathetic communication;
- Drive recruitment process, remove obstacles and delivering on time hirings;
- Ensure that candidates are aligned with our values and culture;
- Work with our hiring tools and systems to ensure consistency of the process;
