IT Support Specialist (offline)

Hybrid format of work, in the office if needed: support users, IT activities, and projects that include implementing and deploying new solutions along with maintaining the existing infrastructure, assuring that all our systems are in optimal condition, and providing the best service to colleagues.
It is a key role in our company as computers, systems and Internet are our main tools for work.

Skills required

- At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk / IT Support;
- Intermediate spoken English;
- Customer-oriented skills;
- Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment;
- Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers) and Microsoft software (Windows OS, Office suite, etc.);
- Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, Antivirus, etc.;
- Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices;
- Experience in networking, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs;
- Experience with SQL querying and DB administration;
- Experience with administration of Microsoft 365;
Very nice to have implementation of business processes in Power Apps

Responsibilities include

- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email;
- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on colleagues’ questions and problems in a friendly and customer-oriented way;
- Create IT Help Desk for transparency in support;
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees (purchase equipment, email, system permissions etc.);
- Support IT purchasing and stock management;
- Maintain the database of equipment by employees (1C, SharePoint);
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT;
- Identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives to address issues in systems and/or processes;
- Design and implement security policies;
- Software, licenses, permissions management;
- Accounts setup and network configuration;
- Support of different corporate programs and systems;
- Work closely with company administration (CEO, Finance, HR, Office Management);
- Implement company processes in Microsoft 365;
- On-call to support very few but critical incidents.
