Hard and soft skills:
- experience in digital marketing - min 5 years;
- min 2 years experience in the position of PPC (Google Ads and Yandex.Direct) and Facebook Ads;
- your track record speaks for itself, you are willing to provide successful cases, brand names, and figures;
- experience in building a marketing strategy and its phased implementation from scratch;
- you can write, speak and perhaps even think in English, at the (B2-C2) level
- understand that marketing without sales has no value and therefore interact effectively with the Sales Department at all stages;
- experience of rallying a strong team of like-minded people around you;
- you are result-oriented, highly analytical, and creative;
- you are familiar with digital marketing channels: Google Ads, Yandex Direct, FB/Inst, VK, YouTube, etc., so you can check every specialist on your team and know exactly what else you can "push";
- have a good understanding of the power of video production;
- you have experience in managing large budgets;
- you understand in practice the specifics of the company's development in the international market;
- prepare the company to participate in international conferences and exhibitions;
- have the ambition to eventually lead an international project in the role of a CMO.

The tasks you will face, working with us:
- creating a long-term and short-term marketing strategy;
- drawing up an annual Road Map and marketing communication sprints;
- analysis of communication channels, their reasoned choice;
- development of budgeting for all channels;
- regular sessions with the Sales Department and PR-manager to adjust and clarify the correctness of the chosen course;
- implementation and control of the implementation of all marketing activities of the company;
- keeping records of the results;
- non-stop lead generation of high quality;
- communicating with digital marketing team: PPC, SMM, SEO, SERM, E-mail and content managers;
- evaluation of current advertising channels as well as the website;
- participation in the company's website fine-tuning in terms of usability, content, A/B testing;
- building a strong brand in a competitive niche on the international market.
