Who you will work with:
You will report to the Global HR Business Partner.

In this role, you are the go-to person who will advise hiring teams and build the recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.

✅Own your recruiting metrics: You'll track and share key recruiting metrics that will be used to optimize processes and forecast hiring
✅Work closely with executive stakeholders across various functions: You'll partner with hiring managers to strategize and execute on hiring for their team on a variety of roles.
✅Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in first class recruiting practices
✅Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

What you bring:
✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
✅IT recruiting 3+ years (Preferred)
✅Source potential candidates on IT niche platforms: Stack Overflow and Github, LinkedIn etc
✅Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, Boolean search)
✅Used Bamboo HR (Preferred) or other ATS
✅Bachelor's Degree
✅Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
✅Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
✅Has partnered with a wide variety of clients, including senior-level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates
✅Has experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce

Schedule:
✅8 hour shift (combine EU & PST time zone)
✅Monday to Friday
