Our team is searching for an experienced and reliable Admin Assistant / Office Assistant
Summary:
Work hours are between 7 am to 4 pm Pacific timezone and may include time on weekends. You have to be comfortable with this time zone.
It requires communicating in English, writing, and speaking. You need to speak excellent English. No exceptions.
This is a fully remote role, work from where you prefer, as long as you have a stable and fast Internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Handle organizational and clerical support tasks
- Helping company Management with the daily routine
- Be a part of the hiring process (looking for the candidates, performing the 1-st step of the interview, etc)
- Working with CRM
- Onboarding of the new partners (performing interviews)
- Providing valuable process insights and feedback to the Products team to help continue improving our backend system and minimize manual efforts.
- Working with Google docs, sheets, sites, etc
- Helping to Cusomer Support team part-time
Required:
- Excellent writing and speaking English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as an Office Manager
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience as an HR is preferred
- Experience as a Customer Support agent is preferred
