The Danish cybersecurity company Munit.io is looking for a Product Specialist.

Munit.io’s core product SAGA® is an innovative Digital Risk Protection (DPR) platform, which is specifically designed for companies or individuals who are a potential target of fraud or cybercrime. SAGA® provides a reduction of risk via ongoing threat monitoring, analysis and risk mitigation.

Munit.io was established in 2016 as a successful spinout from MarketScape A/S. Today Munit.io is a privately owned company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with teams working from several locations globally.

Our teams consist of engineers, programmers, and analysts who are experts in using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) for investigations. We develop intelligence solutions for commercial purposes, for LEAs and NGOs.

The role

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:
– Learn and understand our core product SAGA®.
– Work closely with new - and train - new partners and clients and how to use and get the best of SAGA®
– Manage incoming product configuration requests (via Jira helpdesk).
– Help to keep product documentation updated.

– Enjoy talking with your colleagues and finding better ways to do things.


Required skills:
– Upper-Intermediate English.
– Basic understanding of Cybersecurity and desire to learn more about this field.
– Analytical skills.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
