Skills required:

— 1+ years of commercial experience in a similar role at in-house recruiting; experience as a full life-cycle recruiter (!);

— Good sourcing skills and knowledge;

— A strong candidate network across multiple verticals and demonstrable experience turning passive prospects into active candidates;

— A focus on results with the ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams;

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

— Intermediate spoken English.

— Previous working experience in outsourcing or outstaffing companies;

 

Responsibilities :

— Prepare job descriptions;

— Post job advertisements;

— Identify, search and engage different types of IT-specialist;

— Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project, and hiring manager/customer interviews);

— IT-market research;

— Pre-screen candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements;

— Interviewing candidates according to different soft skills methods;

— Keeping up and updating an internal database of candidates.
