Middle UI/UX Designer (offline)

We are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Service/UX/UI design (both web and mobile)
- Portfolio that shows UI and UX skills in web and mobile application
- Experience designing on multiple platforms (Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, AfterEffect, InVision)
- Knowledge of composition rules and their use in work
- Ability to generate creative design from the client’s ideas & requests
- Understanding of the Guide Material and Human Interface guidelines
- Exceptional attention to details
- Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
- Collecting UI/UX requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Create designs from scratch or improve UI/UX in existing projects
- Analyzing project requirements: understand business goals, user's needs, and development opportunities
- Technical design of sections, interfaces, modules
- Designing graphic user interface elements for the web sites and applications
- Creation of high-quality graphic elements - collages, illustrations, logos, corporate styles, etc.
- Optimization of the existing interfaces and development of the new ones
- Constant growth in the design sphere, generation of new ideas and products for various projects
