UI/UX Designer (offline)

UI/UX Designer
Pecode is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar role (not only freelance!)
Advanced user of Figma and Sketch
Upper-Intermediate English
Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to any assigned task
Ability to estimate needed time and prioritize design tasks
Analysis of requirements/business goals and their integration into the project
Good knowledge of the latest design patterns and best practices
Ability to work productively in a team, actively participate in design reviews
Experience in communication with clients and development teams
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (will be a plus)
Animation skills or Graphic Design (will be a plus)
Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborating effectively with clients, sales, and teammates
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Creating designs by understanding business requirements
Creating and improving user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes
Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Incorporating client’s feedback into the design
Taking part in pre-sale process
Demonstrate, suggest and discuss best practices with clients
Organizing and running Workshops/Team sharings for Design Team
