HR recruiter (offline)

We are “Asferro” an IT company.
Our team is engaged in the development and implementation of web products. At the moment we are looking for a specialist for the position of Recruiter.

Main tasks:

Conducting interviews with candidates;
Evaluation of candidates;
Closing open vacancies
Presentation of candidates to project managers
Recruitment cycle management (resume screening / telephone interviews, job-offer submission etc).

Our candidate requirements:

At least 1+ year experience in recruiting;
Fluent English (B2, C1, C2);
Understanding the modern labor market in Ukraine;
Knowledge of modern recruitment methods;
Multitasking and stress tolerance;
Ability to work for results;
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing the competencies and personal qualities of candidates.
