Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in BA position;
- Knowledge of the Business Analysis;
- You are constantly learning new trends in IT business analysis and management;
- Experience with epic and user stories concepts;
- Hand-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Customer communication experience;
- Upper-intermediate English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze project stakeholders;
- Conduct competitor analysis;
- Identify and analyze the client’s problem and business requirements;
- Determine the elicitation approach, conduct elicitation, and confirm elicitation results;
- Decompose business requirements into Epics/User Stories;
- Validate and verify requirements;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Release and Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo;
- Visualize business processes and data models by Activity Diagram/BPMN, State Diagram, ERD, etc.
