Fintech Product Manager (offline)

As a senior leader of the product team, you will help establish the product management processes, frameworks, team structure, and culture. You will help create and drive the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap, with a high degree of ownership over critical product areas and the customer experience. This role is cross-functional—you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to set technology strategy, and define and prioritize features.

Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in Fintech product management in the field of mobile application and web development;
- Understanding of the nature of Fintech;
- A proven track of record of managing all aspects of a successful product;
- Understanding of the customer pain points and overseeing development through the entire life cycle of idea validation, designing, prototyping, developing, testing, shipping & supporting a solution;
- Experience with analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, etc.);
- Strong experience working in an agile software development environment;
- Skilled in writing specs and technical documentation;
- Comfortable working in Jira and Confluence;
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to find non-standard solutions to problems;
- At least upper-intermediate English level.

Will be a plus:
- Background in the market research;
- Experience with the US retail banking market;
- Knowledge of app usage and UI/UX patterns depending on the platform.


Responsibilities:
- Systematic product management, search for growth points, generation of hypotheses and their validation;
- Participation in product strategy development;
- Translating product strategy into the product roadmap;
- Working with metrics and analytics;
- Customer development;
- Participation in tasks planning and prioritization;
- Suggesting improvements and new features based on collected data and research;
- Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact;
- Solving existing challenges and anticipating potential future issues.
