Employer Branding Specialist (offline)

Areas of Responsibility
• Cooperating with Brand Communication, HR and Sales & Marketing, Accounting and Legal teams to implement the company’s brand awareness strategy
• Organizing internal and external events
• Participating in conferences and career fairs
• Cooperating with organizations and partners
• Cooperating with designers in order to control promo materials corresponding to the corporate brand book
• Selecting and distributing promo materials and presents during external and internal events
• Maintaining internal documents workflow
Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in PR, Marketing or Event Management
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to coordinate the implementation of company’s projects
• Proactive position in searching for new opportunities (external resources and platforms) to promote the Infopulse brand
• Ability to work with contracts and legal documents to follow internal company policies
• Staying up-to-date with techniques and technologies in the Promotional Staff and Event Management
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Stress resistance / openness to new experiences
• Propensity for creativity
• English – Intermediate level and higher
• Polish – Intermediate level and higher
