System Administrator (offline)

Required skills (knowledge):
2years of experience
-Knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS;
- Knowledge of computer networks (VPN, WiFi, LAN, access points, switches, routers);
- Knowledge of network principles and protocols;
- Understanding network security principles, Firewall rules, and best practices;
- Have experience with the command line (Bash; PowerShell);
- Have experience in JIRA, Confluence administration.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software;
- Manage office network;
- Handle incoming requests;
- Install and update computer equipment, workstations;
- Maintain inventory documentation
