Marketing Specialist (offline)

Our team is expanding and now, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who will help raise our brand awareness, drive more clients, and ensure effective execution of the chosen marketing strategy. This will be a great opportunity to grow professionally, acquire new hard and soft skills, and work in a forward-looking industry.
What tasks you will be completing:
π Creation and execution of the marketing strategy, content strategy, and content plans
π Analyzing the content performance and the efficiency of marketing activities
π Searching for and targeting the relevant audiences
π Managing the content creation process
π Adjusting marketing materials of the company
π Research, creation, and testing of the new content formats and topics
π Optimizing the existing funnels and creating the new ones
What qualifications our perfect candidate should possess:
β Experience in digital marketing (2+ years)
β Content writing / content management experience (1+ years)
β Skills in creating a marketing strategy and content plans (preferably for IT companies)
β Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Similarweb
β Strong understanding of best SEO practices
β Understanding of the key marketing concepts (customer journey, market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, messaging, etc.)
β Upper-Intermediate English (or higher)
β People Management skills
What will be an advantage:
πͺ Understanding of digital marketing basics
πͺ The ability to analyze a piece of content
πͺ Experience in writing technical tasks for designers
πͺ Skills in SMM, copywriting, and / or blogging
πͺ Experience in writing promotional texts
