Support Team Lead Deputy (offline)

Your skills:
- Work experience in FinTech (at least 1 year)
- Experience in support (at least 6 months)
- Mentoring experience, with the construction and implementation of work processes
- Analytical mindset
- Skilled in finding optimization solutions for internal processes organization
- Competent written and oral speech (Russian and English)
- English level: B2 and higher

Would be a plus:
- Management experience (teams of 4+ people)
- Experience in setting up support helpdesk soft (such as ZenDesk, FreshDesk or similar)
- Crypto trading/investments
- Degree in finance

What you'll do:
• Deep understanding and thorough knowledge of the company's products
• Team work organization assistance
• Monthly team scheduling
• Performance quality control
• Assistance in regular feedback on the performance of department employees
• Development of internal knowledge base and regular data-actualization (Confluence), composing processes description with subsequent presentation to the team
• Development and updating of external knowledge bases for users (F.A.Q.s)
• Assistance in the development and organization of internal work processes, including technical modernization
• Creation and implementation of a development plan for the support department, including personal plans for each employee
• Handling increased complexity cases (resolving conflict situations, controversial issues, etc.)
• Operational tasks for projects’ maintenance
