Job Description
Reporting directly to the CTO you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for one or more products. Act as an Agile Product Owner to execute this roadmap.
• Work closely with our tech team on new product enhancements and feature releases.
• Continually prioritize feature backlog to make sure we build the right stuff at the right time for the biggest business impact, trading off between tactical and strategic objectives.
• Work with engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently.
• Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems.
• Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product development.
• Work with various stakeholders (internal / merchants / end-users) to understand their pain points, and how Customer Portal can add value to their business.
• Partner with external technology solutions to create integrated solutions through the use of OpenAPIs.

Is this you?
• 3+ years in a senior product management experience at a tech software company.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information
technology. Masters is a plus.
• Full stack web development experience.
• Demonstrated success in delivering successful products in a fast-
growing, dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with Agile development and sprint cycles.
• Strong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results- oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills.
• Familiar with productivity tools such as JIRA / Confluence / Slack / Postman / Sketch.
Excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with offshore development team is a plus.
• Experience crafting easy to use, delightful product interfaces.
