Brief Description

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Objectives of this Role
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Conduct full cycle of recruitment: develop/update job descriptions, source/screen and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

Requirements
- 18+ months of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- English — B2 and higher
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
