Business Analyst (offline)

The project team develops a web-based internal product to contribute to winning logistic tenders.

The product covers daily work of tender quotation teams distributed to every continent in the world.

Analyst Activities within a team:
- Conducting requirements elicitation sessions with a business owner, key users, and the development team;
- Requirements engineering and management;
- Contribution to Solution Design and Solution implementation;
- Representing requirements in understandable way:
textual, visual, user stories, acceptance criteria;
- Supporting backlog management and evaluation of validity of backlog items in JIRA;
- Backlog items refinement and grooming with the development team;
- Contributing and participating in demo activities;
- Supporting and maintaining project functional documentation using Confluence;
- Supporting the Team’s Project/Product Manager.

Successful Candidate:
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Experience as Business Analyst or similar role 3+ years;
- Scrum framework knowledge and practical applicability in Software Development Life Cycle;
- Experience with backlog administration practices and maintenance in JIRA;
- Experience with Confluence;
- Expertise in presenting requirements in different forms like process diagrams, rules, decision making tables, user stories, acceptance criteria.
