Product Manager (offline)

Required skills:
— 3+ years of experience in IT Product Management;
— Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (SCRUM), experience with JIRA and Agile tools;
— Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents;
— Ability to define the scope, documents, and present projects and features in the demo, manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope;
— Proficiency in taking ownership of all aspects of the project, such as budget, scope, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities:
— Manage requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with Product Owner, business stakeholders, developers, designers and QAs;
— Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate and document business requirements, user stories, UML, acceptance criteria and software documentation;
— Manage requirements changes throughout the project lifecycle for new product feature development;
— Management and control of product requirements development;
— Creation and description tasks in Jira and Confluence with technical details;
— Transform complex information into easy to understand language (logic);
— Facilitate and follow up delivery process meetings;
— Develop a detailed project plan and roadmap to monitor and track progress.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in Gaming / Gambling industries;
— Experience with gamification and promotional tools;
— Experience with the web/mobile solutions development;
— Ability to multitask on several components of product, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication at the same time;
— Be proactive and take initiative with directions. Solve problems and be resourceful in seeking answers;
— Understanding of Cloud/microservice development approach
