Human Resource Manager (offline) $1000-3000

Zealic Solutions, is a rapidly growing SaaS company with its headquarters in USA and growing team in Lviv. While we build products, our strategy is to put people first. We are looking for an Human Resource Manager who can help us do that. This may be the most fun, rewarding and challenging role in the company. This role will span the responsibilities from recruiting, on boarding, morale boosting, motivating, celebrating, coaching and, at times, terminating. This will be accomplished by partnering with the leaders of the company to support them in achieving the companies strategy and goals.

Our ideal candidate should have and be able to handle:
* At least 2 years of experience as a human resources at a high tech company
*Experience implement benefits beyond salary
*Proven success supporting, coaching managers in people management
*Ability to deal with conflict and challenging people situations
*Able to respectfully and effectively handle people performance issues, including terminate
*Demonstrated experience inspiring people to develop themselves to perform behind their glass-ceiling
*Help with the end to end recruiting life cycle
*A natural ability to stimulate, organize and engage people to participate and have fun
*Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
*Strong Intermediate English level.

*Design and manage performance review cycles
*Organization of team & corporate events
*Measure, monitor and influence employee morale
*Design, communicate and enforce Human Resource
*On board and off board employees
