Your Tasks – Paint the world green

- Be part of a cross functional engineering and product team;

Independently design and build scalable solutions and integrations;

- Full responsibility for the full software development life cycle;

- Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions;

- Promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

- Experience implementing and developing Salesforce solutions

- Understanding of programming patterns and how to apply/implement within Salesforce

- Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including capabilities and limitations, particularly Service and Community Clouds.

- Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions using Aura framework

Articulate

- Upper-intermediate English skills

Nice to have:

Experience mentoring colleagues

Knowledge on telephony systems and CTI setup (will be working closely with customer service, telephone calls integrated into Salesforce, email integrations, chat integrations, telephone integration)

Knowledge in LWC

Experience in building Integrations with 3rd party systems (for ex: Kafka)
