YourCode Group, a boutique recruitment agency that specialises in technology recruitment across Europe, is looking to add a new team member - IT Sourcer, to join our fully-remote recruitment team. We have team members in multiple countries including Romania, Poland, England and UAE to name a few.

Your duties:
Working as part of a team of 5 to recruit Software, Data and DevOps positions across Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Estonia, Germany, UK)
Sourcing candidates via different recruitment channels
Interviewing candidates on video calls
Recruitment administration for our ATS
Sharing our company content on social media
Attend meetings with our recruitment managers to ensure we are progressing the recruitment projects
