Business Analyst (offline)

Areas of Responsibility
Requirements elicitation, gathering, and analysis
Requirements design, developing, and documenting
Requirements management
Requirements documents approval process
Communication with product stakeholders
Support customers with questions and functionality logic
Participation in the Solution design process with the Development team

Qualifications
2+ years of BA experience in IT
Knowledge or experience with the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of SDLC
Proficiency in writing functional and non-functional requirements, use cases design, system diagrams
Strong knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes
Hands-on experience in documenting business processes, user interfaces, data structures, and business logic, UML, SQL, Agile (Scrum)
The structural approach, i.e. the ability to decompose the entire scope with respect to the given level of details
Strong working experience in presenting the requirements to various target groups
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented approach
Team player abilities
English – upper intermediate+

Is an advantage
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM
