Product Owner

We are an online pharmacy and prescription service portal. Our mission is to provide our clients with a simplified, fast and secure solution for purchasing prescription medications online, with the benefit of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from different stakeholders and turn them into Product features
Prioritize features by potential business impact and in accordance with Roadmap
Prepare wireframes, tasks, user-journeys, epics, technical specifications & reports
Work closely with development teams on sprint planning & acceptance criteria
Use heat maps, surveys & best practices to create a smooth User Experience
Define clear KPI’s, perform & analyze A/B tests
Monitor market, product innovation and perform competitor analysis
Bring out-of-the-box thinking and search for growth opportunities

Requirements:
5+ experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Data- driven thinking
Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis
Basic technical background
Hands-on experience with Agile product-development processes
Proficient technical writing skills
Understanding of UX principles

Збір вимог від різних зацікавлених сторін та перетворення їх на функції продукту
Пріорітизація функцій за можливим впливом на бізнес та відповідно до Roadmap
Тісно співпрацювати з командами розробників щодо планування спринту та критеріїв прийняття
Використовувати heat maps, опитування та найкращих практик, щоб створити зручну взаємодію з користувачем
Визначати чіткі KPI, виконувати й аналізувати A/B-тести
Відстежувати ринок, інновації продукту та аналізувати конкурентів
Використовувати нестандартне мислення та шукати можливості для зростання

Вимоги:
Досвід 5+ в ролі Product Owner / Product Manager
Вільне володіння письмовою та розмовною англійською
Відмінні комунікативні навички
Сильні аналітичні здібності, досвід аналізу даних
Практичний досвід роботи з процесами Agile-розробки продуктів
Розуміння принципів UX
