Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Requirements management (BRS, SRS, user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases and detailed specifications, user manuals, etc.);
- Direct communication with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and roadmap;
- Solution backlog management;
- Preparation of project documentation;
- Participate in acceptance testing;
- Conduct a demonstration of the implemented solution to collect stakeholder feedback.

Required:
- Experience as a Business Analyst;
- Use case documenting skill;
- Strong SDLC and BABOK knowledge;
- UML, BPMN, Flow charts;
- Excellent communication skills English (written/spoken);
- Good business correspondence skills;
- JIRA;
- Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.

Desired:
- UML / ECBA / CCBA Certification;
- Participation in developing and implementation enterprise-level solutions;
- A clear understanding of UX/UI design process;
- Strong technical background.

Description of the project and team:

Participation in the international digital transformation projects funding by international donors as a player of the Softengi Business Analysis Office.
