Middle Business Analyst (offline)

The project involves updating and improving the latest version of an internal system for project development and management. The system performs time tracking, prepares billing reports for clients, monitors labor and expenses, and manages contracts.

Position Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in business analysis or a related field
• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
• Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end-user in a software development environment
• Strong consultative and advisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• English level: Intermediate

Position Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, consider areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
