HR Lead/ Recruiter (offline)

This position is responsible for building of the human resources process and all activities in this area (hiring specialists; personnel assessment; adaptation and motivation of personnel; development of corporate culture).

Responsibilities:
Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from database for internal use.
Preparing concept of the jobs advertising and it implementation.
Recruitment process (coordinate pre-employment appointments and screening; prepare offer letters and notify recruiting sources and candidates as position is filled, seek out opportunities for expanding recruitment pool).
Support with budget and workforce planning, employment and HR costs controlling.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc.).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Participate in HR onboarding for newly hired employees.
Ability and willingness to create content for social networks.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of HR systems, databases and metrics.
Outstanding speaking and writing skills.
Awareness of labor laws.
Advanced oral and written English communication skills.

Dynamic, organized and proactive.
Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations.
High level of accuracy, meeting key deadlines and attention to detail is required.
