Head of recruitment (offline)

Our Recruitment Lead that we are looking for is motivated, business-oriented, self-organized.
The recruitment department work is in hiring to our team tech and non-tech specialists to work within projects from Europe and the USA.

Our projects and teams are diversified so this job requires a good understanding of different personalities and tech talents specifics.

On the other hand, we need a great Team player and Leader who will be able to grab a strong team and set up recruiting processes in a professional way.

Primary responsibilities
- Create and confirm a candidate's portrait with stakeholders
- Adapt recruitment strategy according to the candidate portrait
- Resources and tools selection to improve the recruitment processes effectiveness
- Organize a database of candidates and control its maintenance
- Report on recruiting process progress
- Provide and control hiring processes indicators and metrics
- Monitoring and analysis of the IT market in terms of hiring and people resources
- Direct interactions with CEO and sales department

Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years of proven successful IT recruitment experience
- Up to 1 year of Recruitment Lead experience
- General understanding in SDLC areas (application programming, programming languages, and design)
- Cross-cultural awareness (experience working with US/European companies)
- Good communication, presentation, and mentor skills
- Upper-Intermediate English
