Product manager (offline) $3500-4500

Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a product owner/product manager
to define from scratch a new tracking system

someone with experience with tracking system (it can be as product manager or tech support or affiliate manager)
someone who understand technical stuff like smart links, API integration, pixels, post backs and understand how to configure them

the system will have tracking options, reports, statistics and billing sections as well

Someone creative, Responsible, who knows how to push tasks and find solutions for problems

the product manager will define all the features and tasks in Jira, will work with the designer and with the development team and QA
will make sure the tasks have been done according to his requirements, he will lead the product from the planing until the final release.
