Talent Executive / Recruiter (offline) $700-1000

What You’ll Do:


1. Deliver the full recruitment cycle process
2. Manage candidate applications through the screening process
3. Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
4. Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System
5. Give feedback and recommendation to the hiring manager about the candidate
6. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork electronically for new employees
6. Maintain contact and rapport with potential candidates by building long-term relationships with past and current employees, applicants, and other potential recruiting partners
7. Conduct active searches for candidates that match current job openings
8. Review background check reports

Who You Should Have:

1+ years of well-rounded experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
Excellent skills in sourcing, identifying, and hiring specific types of job vacancies
A good understanding of the technical profiles for software engineers, developers, and other jobs related to the technology industry
Knowledge of drafting job advertisements and postings on career websites, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Knowledge of selection procedures, sourcing and headhunting, seeking out referrals, reviewing background checks, planning interviews, assessing candidate information, giving feedback to the hiring manager, etc.
Ability to create recruitment strategies to fill complex positions
Knowledge of contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements
Ability to search for and attract candidates through databases and social media networks
A passion for recruitment, an eagerness to continue exploring tech profiles, and a willingness to learn about new cultures through frequent and direct contact with our teams across the globe
English communication skills (B1 or higher)
Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
