Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for the candidates who meet the requirements
- Screening candidates' CVs
- Conducting interviews and assessing whether a candidate fits the company
- Improving the onboarding process of the new employees
- Gathering feedback from employees and driving the initiative's implementation
- Staff administration
- High level of pro-activitiy

Required skills and experience:
- 6 months+ of experience as a Recruiter or HR specialist
- High EQ and personal accountability
- Organizational skills and self-discipline
- Attention to details
- Understanding of the technology stack and positions
