Lead system administrator / Head of sysadmin department (offline)

There are 45 people in the company, 2 counties 2 offices and 2 warehouses. The initial task will be to perform the revision of the networking (hardware, networking) in the Swiss office and warehouse, where some changes/re-setup will be needed. All the future work of this role assumes dealing with Azure/MS world (60%), email sending infrastructure, its maintenance (20%), and other activities such as security policy and access, networking & sysadmin-related activities (20%). From the initial point, this role will be a single person in this area. Based on the needs, additional people will be hired full-time or on a freelance basis to assist with various tasks. This role assumes business trips from time to time (5-10%), with the mandatory initial business trip to Switzerland for 2-3 weeks. We are looking for a senior person who is not afraid to work "by hands". Candidates from Ukraine should be able to leave the country - a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:
Sysadmin part of the role (core functions):
- Network administration (Network planning and setup, internet issues troubleshooting, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, RDPs, etc)
- Office 365 setup and administration. The initial goal is the migration from the premise Exchange to MS Cloud Exchange
- MS administrations (AD, licenses, related products - Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc)
- Hardware installation and management (Installation, support, and maintenance of routers, switchers, extenders, printers, telephones, etc. Both remotely and on-site)
- Local AD administration, access rights (will be needed only for the next ~6 months)
- Azure. Would be a plus to know, but optional. Azure Devops, deployment practices, SQL servers, storage account, vm, app services, container registry, etc
- 3CX (VoIP) management, with a high chance to migrate to MS Teams in the future
- Security setup and infrastructure (Mainly Azure)
- etc

Email deliverability:
General goal - making sure our deliverability score is as high as possible in the primary inbox. Main tasks:
- Design, setup, and maintenance of SMTP and possible mail servers, their deliverability capabilities
- Setup and support DNS records - DKIM, DMARK, SPF, etc
- Setup own SMTP server / own mail server
- Warming up SMTPs
- Track deliverability responses (bounces), handle responses (Change IPs, talk with rented SMTPs support, get us out from spam filters, spam traps, blacklists, etc)

We also have the next areas, where you may be useful, based on your skills:
- Cloud MS Dynamics Business Central (ERP). Assistance to developers, any automation is beneficial. CI\CD at some point
- Internal application in Azure (.Net + Python + Data science). Any assistance to developers.

Requirements:
- Spoken and written English
- Minimum 5 years with the network and system administration
- Ability to design, plan, setup an infrastructure for the office/warehouse from scratch - hardware, and software.
- Experience with managing MS products (MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, etc)
- Experience with hardware setup and maintenance - printers, telephones (VoIP devices), etc
- Experience with Azure management
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Mail servers, SMTP, email deliverability - a huge plus
- Experience with CI/CD practices with Azure Devops
- Migration experience from MS Exchange on-premise to cloud 365
- Security setup and support
- Documentation for audit
