IT Recruiter (offline) $500-1500

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our COXIT team. We don't have any inhouse recruiters now, so your main responsibilities will be:

- Establish recruitment processes;
- Create job postings;
- Compose job offers;
- Collect candidates requirements from our clients;
- Perform screenings for candidates.

Requirements
- 1+ year of proven experience as IT recruiter;
- Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- Intermediate + English (Must be enough to speak with the clients).
