Zoolatech is looking for a recruiter to join our recruitment team. We are growing and looking for new engineers and expand our teams. In Zoolatech we believe in people.

Responsibilities
- Maintain full-cycle of recruitment process. Arrange technical interviews, interviews with managers.
- Work with motivation of candidates.
- Monitoring job market.
- Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team.
- Search of candidates of different specializations: Java, React / Node.JS, IOS, Android, Ruby, DevOps, QA, Product Owner, etc.
- Taking an active role in forming and keeping the employer brand.
- Support newcomers.

Skills Required
- 2 + years of recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Strong sales acumen and energy combined to quickly generate interest on cold calls
- Ability to quickly evaluate candidates against requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
