IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
• You love helping people and improving things;
• Knowledge of recruiting searching methodology, sourcing tools;
• Good knowledge of IT and Game market, its players, salary ranges;
• At least the Intermediate level of English;
• You are a responsible person with attention to details;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills;
• High level of EQ;
• Organizational skills.

This is not a remote position, we are looking for a candidate to work from the office (Lviv)


Will Be A Plus:
• Higher education (preferably Psychology, Sociology or Human Resources Degree);
• Experience in Gaming Industry.
• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment in the IT industry or recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities:
• Pre-screening, screening, sourcing, attracting of candidates;
• Presenting the best candidates that match the required profile to the managers;
• Providing feedback to the candidates;
• Controlling test task completion;
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Developing and updating job descriptions;
• Maintaining a candidate database;
• Managing full cycle of recruiting process for IT specialists;
• Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy;
• Providing recruiting reports;
• Creating and maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the team;
