PHP lead (offline)

• 5+ years experience with PHP PHP (7.4+), phpDoc, composer
• Any modern PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, Yii2) MySQL, indexes and optimizations
• Redis (or other caching, queues and event bus)
• Unit and Feature tests
• Understanding and experience with virtualization (Docker, K8S)
• Compliance with code style and consistency in architectural approaches
• Ability to review your colleague's code
• Ability to design at least medium load systems
• 2+ years experience as a TeamLead
• Knowledge how to manage tasks and team communication
• Understand Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Mentor less experienced colleagues
• Ability to think out of borders
• 1-1 session and roadmaps

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Yii2!
• Knowledge of architecture patterns
• Be aware of DDD & TDD
• Knowledge of Computer Science (algorithms and data structures)
• Experience in building highly concurrent services
• Experience with other MVC frameworks
• Knowledge of general PHP PSRs• Public activity on GitHub
• Desire to build complex systems and constantly searching for better approaches
• Experience in writing modular/service-oriented applications
• Experience in NodeJS or Go
• Experience with Linux, Nginx
• Experience with public /non-existent Steam API
