Kotlin/Java Middle Developer for a startup QRoot.app (offline)

We are looking for a Kotlin/Java Developer to form a team that will develop a Web Form constructor application on a long-term basis.

QRoot.app - It will be a simple Web Form and business process builder with powerful analytics.
The application will be written from scratch.

Requirements:
1) Understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile architecture
https://kotlinlang.org/lp/mobile/
2) Understanding of Kotlin Compose Multiplatform
https://www.jetbrains.com/ru-ru/lp/compose-mpp/
3) Experience with Android APIs and Capabilities;
4) Full employment for our project;
5) Intermediate English level or higher;
6) Confidentiality compliance.

Tasks:
1) Participation in the system architecture design;
2) Choosing the best implementation approach;
3) Developing the system using Kotlin with a high load;

Working conditions:
1) Official employment;
2) Distance working or in the office(area of metro station “Historical Museum”);
3) Vacation time according to the Labor Code.

The amount of salary depends on:
1) Experience;
2) Ability to understand business logic;
3) As the project grows, there is the prospect of becoming a Team Leader;
