Business Analyst/Project manager (offline)

The examples of the project we deal with:
- A web application that helps in organizing the work of small and medium-sized businesses. This is a tool for effective financial planning that allows you to automatically receive data from bank accounts, manage liquidity and cash flows, prepare reports for banks, and also use convenient dashboards and charts. Our application is actively used by over 1000 companies in the EU countries. For the convenience of users, mobile applications operate on Android and iOS. Technologies: Python, Django, AI, Angular
- A web application to manage pictures catalogue. Technologies: WordPress, PHP, Angular
- A web portal to manage investors of equity funds. Technologies: .Net, Angular
- One of multiple projects we have at sprinterra and new one which was just started

What our candidate will be responsible for:
- Definition and clarification Business needs and convert them to User Stories
- Handling and managing change requests in collaboration with the team;
- Resources management and planning
- People management
- Budget planning and management
- Pre-sales actives

Requirements
- 2+ year experience in business analysis
- 2 years of experience on PM position;
- Background in Finance is highly preferable
- Storing knowledge in project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum
- Ability to work with complicated clients and under pressure;
- People management skills, strong skills in conflict resolution and problem solving;
- Experience in estimating projects and preparing financial quotes per client's request, contract negotiation, invoicing
- Resource and budget planning
- Client-facing experience, reporting to upper management
- SDLC processes setup and improvement
- Experience writing requirements specifications, documentation and user-stories
- Fluent English
- Well-organized, accurate, creative person who oriented on results and deadlines
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills (ability to express thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing);
