Senior Delivery Manager (offline)

The Senior Delivery Manager role requires working collaboratively with the Client stakeholders, management of client’s expectations, execute the projects within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget.

Responsibilities:
● Participate in pre-sales process and further presentation to the Client;
● Manage multiple projects of varying complexity;
● Support team ramp-up, onboarding, and facilitating the recruitment process;
● Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project;
● Monitor, control, and continuously improve client satisfaction;
● Track project health, metrics, anticipate cross-functional blockers;
● Report on project success criteria results, metrics, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks;
● Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise;
● Contribute to Center of Excellence.

Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager in the software outsourcing industry;
● Project Management experience and strong commercial understanding of the IT Outsourcing industry;
● Solid and practical experience with Fixed Price model;
● Solid understanding of Change Management;
● Ability to perform project manager's activities and provide supervision during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing phases;
● Practical experience to organize projects and teams from scratch, directly from the discovery phase;
● Experience in managing teams of 10+ people;
● Excellent communication skills;
● Strong project management skills including planning resources, managing milestones, objectives, and risks;
● Experience in pre-sale and preparation of commercial proposals;
● Expirience negotiating vendor contracts;
● Excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to have:
● Knowledge of the latest trends at software development technologies and tools;
● Experience as a Scrum Master;
● Experience in creating and running training, workshops, other educational activities;
● Agile and/or PMI certification;
● Experience in coaching, mentoring the team.
