There are two statements to keep in mind. Every company is a media company. And every company is a Fintech company. Every company has to spread the word about the brand by publishing attractive, interesting and useful content to their users, clients, employees and partners to stay on the top of their mind. As well as financial technologies are used by people and companies in all the aspects of their lives everyday.
As a valuable member of our INSART team you will be able to dig into both worlds — media and Fintech. Are you a motivated natural storyteller with an eye for that unique narrative that breaks through the market polyphony? We have the perfect role for you.
Your typical working day could include: ✍✍✍
— Producing high-quality content that resonates with our audience of Fintech executives.
— Writing all content types and marketing materials (articles, white papers, presentations, interviews, catchy headings, banners, video scripts, messages and others) to attract clients.
— Creating visible and engaging content in collaboration with our visual designers.
— Shaping our social media communication strategy in Linkedin and Twitter.
— Repurposing content for different channels (social, email marketing, website, blogs, online media outlets) to drive engagement.
— Researching the subject and identifying client needs and goals, and Fintech market trends.
— Involving external and external experts to prepare relevant and top-of-mind content.
I’ve got the skills... but do I have the necessary ones? 😎
— You have 4+ years of experience working as a Journalist or Content Writer.
— You are a Storyteller who can translate complex ideas into straightforward influential content.
— Excellent written English (Advanced level / C1-C2).
— You are naturally curious with an eye for detail, open to the editor’s suggestions, and have the ability to uncover unique points of view on the topics you cover.
— You also have a growth mindset and a willingness to take on responsibility for the result.
— Working experience in Fintech, software or tech areas in the US or Europe would be a big plus.
— If you have doubts, but love writing, think about an exciting opportunity to be involved in the exciting process of doing things you like and achieve big goals with all of the INSART team.

— Work-life balance — the most important thing for us. We usually don’t have any overtime, but if yes — they are paid. In INSART we are committed to making work enjoyable first.

English classes for more confident speaking at meetings. Corporate library with accumulated knowledge for everyone who loves to read and to learn something new.
— Flexible working conditions — yes. You can have a fully comfortable work mode, just stick to deadlines and attend work meetings. Our engineers usually prefer to sleep up to 11am, but if you need to start your work earlier — we will figure something out. Maybe we’ll send them a morning rooster, why not?
