Head of Marketing/CMO for a fast growing US product company (offline) $5000-7000

We are a US SaaS company based in Kyiv and we are building an Omni-channel messenger platform using Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Instagram all in one simple, clean and highly user-friendly interface. The system allows you to contact all your leads in one place with also a flexible and well designed CRM.

We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Head of Marketing who is passionate about marketing to join our team! You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy, building and leading our marketing team by example.

Requirements:
At least 4+ years of experience at managing role in marketing (preferably IT)
Experience in promotion on US market
English level — fluent
Strong managerial and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to hire, lead and inspire a team of at least 5 people
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs, email automation and CRM software
Working knowledge and experience with major digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Search, Affiliate marketing, Social Media, Content, Email marketing)
Developed understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices such as segmentation, funnels, targeting, CAC, etc.
Result-driven and growth-oriented personality

Responsibilities:
Set marketing goals and objectives
Build and train a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
Organize the work of the marketing department
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing efforts across all channels
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Track marketing KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
Work closely with sales and customer success teams
Build a network of strategic partnerships
