What You’ll Do

- Organize care team assignment for new patients based on clinical fit and geography
- Manage a master schedule for our clinical team to track utilization and identify inefficiencies in our staffing plan
- Help manage supply inventory and ordering of new medical supplies and PPE
- Develop and maintain a system for organizing critical documents within the company’s Google Drive and electronic medical records system (EMR)
- Update patient records in SalesForce/Axxess related to medication information
- Assist in documenting operational processes and analyzing data in Google Docs and Sheets
- Use Slack to communicate with other team members

What You’ll Need

- At least 6 months of experience in an analytical role within healthcare, finance, real estate, technology, or related industry required
- Advanced English
- Willing to work US hours of 9am-5pm EST
- Organized and a strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to adapt quickly to new computer software programs
- Familiarity with spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets preferred

Demand - Deliver top notch products and services to our growing number of patients. You’ll work with patients to understand pain points and optimize the patient journey from first contact to start of care to offboarding.
Supply - Own and manage the relationship with our clinical practitioners. You are responsible for the growth of our clinician ecosystem by attracting, recruiting, and retaining high quality behavioral care providers.
Platform - Build tools and provide services to optimize and improve the delivery of clinical care. You’ll help match the right provider with the right family, coordinate clinical care, and develop digital therapeutics products.
Quality - Improve the quality of care delivered to our patients. You’ll ensure that we provide strong clinical outcomes, develop training platforms to level up our providers, and maintain compliance with a variety of payor and regulatory requirements.
