Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
Business requirements analysis
Change management support
Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements
Lead and manage issues and ensure all requirements have proper traceability

Background: 2+ years of experience business analysis or product

Required skills:
Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
Knowledge of data modeling and data flows modeling, data mapping
Knowledge of basic principles of SQL & relational databases, NoSQL databases
Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN)
Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
Good experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, XML (basic knowledge)
Excellent knowledge of bug life cycle

Big advantage: Experience with healthcare systems and healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR, HL7 v3, SNOMED.
