Business Analyst (offline)

We are developing a complex trading ecosystem both B2B and B2C solutions which include CRM, client area, trading platform, trading engine, BI. We utilise cutting-edge technology stack within microservice-based architecture along with Java/Kotlin, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NodeJS, React and AWS.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification;
• Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language;
• Requirements elicitation and documentation using various techniques (Use Cases, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, Mock-Ups, Prototypes, and other visuals);
Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile principles (Kanban/Scrum frameworks);
• Good verbal and written English;

Nice to have:
• Understanding of API (experience with Postman and similar apps);

Responsibilities:
• Gather user and business requirements;
• Manage and track the status of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary;
• Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options;
• Conduct backlog groomings and estimations sessions;
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements to developers/project team;
