Job Description
CFO serves as a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for maximizing company profit while managing the financial risks

Daily activities include:

Manage Finance Division by enabling smooth work with the department managers in Accounting, Payment Processing and Forecasting and Analytics
Manage financial programs and supporting information systems of the company, including budgeting, tax planning, costing systems and compliance with tax codes
Direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, department budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry
Coordinate preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports
Evaluate financial statements to identify problems and/or risks
Improve and maintain finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures
Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business
Implement and oversee cost analysis system
Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses
Ensure record systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and federal reporting requirements.
