Job Description

Create clear financial reporting structure

Manage accounting department

Manage financial department

Work with department managers to set economic effectiveness indicators for their department

Prepare financial reports

Prepare detailed monthly analysis of expenditures by type and by department

Control costs and work with managers to reduce costs

Prepare department budgets


Qualifications

10+ years experience in Accounting and or Finance

In-depth Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, budgeting, and cost control

Experience developing and maintaining enterprise accounting structures

Experience with enterprise financial and accounting reporting systems

Experience with Department Management

Experience developing standards documentation, knowledge bases and educational courses

Experience building financial projection models
