Senior Product Manager (offline)

Now we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in the IT industry (SaaS, B2B, and B2C projects) from 3 years +.
Our ideal candidate is with strong organizational and planning skills and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
We need a product manager with passion, drive, and focus to join our team, focusing on user experience. This position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice experience and excellent communication skills. Additionally, a technical understanding of enterprise IT environments, networking, and security and compliance is vital.

What do we expect?
- We expected you as a Senior Product Manager will determine product strategy and serve as the authority for your area on topics such as product design, customer needs, and pricing.
- You will be responsible for prioritizing feature work across multiple teams, using a data-driven approach to measure product success.
- You are essential for both defining the product strategy and ensuring that it is delivered.
- We expected you as the owner of a product area, you will own the prioritization of product features and customer requirements, define release plans, represent your area in product leadership planning, and work to ensure the success of your product in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the product team to understand the vision and overall product roadmap, customer research, and product metrics.
- Own the product life cycle in an agile environment by assessing opportunities, crafting solutions, and delivering valuable product features.
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders to align them with business goals.
- Stay on top of market trends and client needs to identify competitive threats and opportunities for the expansion of the product portfolio.
- Prioritize and balance a backlog of new features, technology & UX best practices, and improve user experiences.
- Deliver incremental value through collaboration with remote agile development teams and product designers to plan, prioritize, and sequence work.
- Consistently brief stakeholders on project statuses and consider feedback.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on product launch and adoption strategies.
- Identify the organization’s largest product gaps and prioritize actionable steps that need to be taken to improve product offerings.
- Deliver detailed use cases, workflows, and requirements well ahead of final design and engineering.
- Respond to Engineering feedback on scope, balancing technical effort with providing the greatest value to customers.
- Extract actionable tasks and navigate a path forward for the company’s products in the face of incomplete information.
- Know the company’s products and the value they provide to customers.
