Python Tech Lead (offline)

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Python
- Hands on experience with Django + other frameworks (Flask/FastAPI/aiohttp)
- Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS and Azure
- Good proficiency in HTML+CSS
- Proficiency in JS frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)

Will be a plus:
- Good verbal and written English

Responsibilities:
- Development of components and applications in Python
- Initiation of new projects
- Responsible for project architecture development and maintaining
- Leading and mentoring junior and middle level team members
- Participate in code reviews, listening to feedback while sharing your knowledge with other members of the team
- Deploy testable code with performance, maintainability, and scale in mind
- Collaborate with management and team to make the project team perform in the best way
